About Ben Sheets Ben Michael Sheets was a former Major League Baseball (MLB) starting pitcher who played for Milwaukee Brewers, Oakland Athletics, and Atlanta Braves.He was named four times in All-star games while a member of the Brewers from 2001 to 2008.
